The usage policy is the same as other study rooms, but users do not need to stop at the service desk to pick up a key.
The room will remain unlocked at all times, but access will still be governed by the reservation schedule in the study room reservation system.
A kiosk screen is right at the door, allowing users to immediately create a 1 or 2 hour reservation when it is available.
