Celebrating U.S. Constitution and Citizenship Day
This is a collaborative program presented by Fondren Library, Rice University’s Department of Political Science, Program in Politics, Law, and Social Thought (PLST), the League of Women Voters, Rice Phi Beta Kappa, as well as Rice student organizations.

- Please register for the panel and other activities to help us with planning. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 20 registered Rice student attendees of the panel discussion session can receive a Fondren gift bag!
