What is Digital Accessibility?
We are committed to providing digital content that is accessible to all users. Digital accessibility means designing websites, documents, and online services so that people of all abilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with them, including through assistive technologies. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and comply with applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, as well as, Rice University Policy 501 Digital Information Accessibility. We are continually updating our content to improve digital accessibility; if you encounter a barrier or need content in an alternative format, please contact us so we can provide access in a timely manner.
