This database brings together thousands of documents pertaining to the environment in the United States and globally, including legislative histories, Congressional hearings, committee prints, CRS and GAO reports, and hundreds of books and other related works. Included in the collection are titles from the University of North Carolina Press and hundreds of titles from the Environmental Protection Agency that are available nowhere else on HeinOnline.
The collection also features an interactive timeline of important events pertaining to environmental law and climate change from the mid-twentieth century through the present day. Our editorial team has curated a selection of more than 200 scholarly articles on the environment, which will be updated monthly; and a bibliography of titles not available on HeinOnline which researchers may find useful.
